I feel so much better!” Claritin is an antihistamine used to treat allergy-like symptoms - a runny nose, itching, etc. But it’s a drug. Lemons are the Natural Cure for Allergies
Lemons are high in alkaline. So are some other foods, but for the sake of this article we are sticking with lemons as lemons have worked incredibly well. Alkaline helps to balance and support the immune system, helping it to function more effectively. Lemons are also loaded with antioxidants and Vitamin C.
So here is what you do to cure your allergies. Take ½ of a lemon and cut it into thin slices. Put the thin slices it into a water glass. Let it sit for a minute. Take the other half of the lemon and squeeze it into the water glass. Rotate the direction of the lemon to get all of the lemon juice out. Yes, it’s a lot of lemon.
